July 10, 2008. Nutrilab and Dr. Allen’s attorneys sent

to Randy Gage’s infringement on their Intellectual Property.
Google responded immediately, and Randy Gage’s associates
notified Dr. Allen/Nutrilab that they had fully complied with
the Cease & Desist order. By July 11, 2008, the offending
material had been removed.
